Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDKs and embed scripts.

How we use them

We only set strictly necessary cookies without consent. All other categories load only with your consent given via the banner’s Accept all / Reject all / Customize options. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the always-visible Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.

  • Strictly necessary – security, page navigation, forms. Legal basis: necessary to provide the service / legitimate interests.

What we use

Platform (Squarespace)

Squarespace sets essential cookies to operate the site and, if enabled, some analytics cookies. We restrict non-essential cookies until you consent.

Analytics

Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics used to understand site usage in aggregate. Provider: Plausible Insights OÜ (EU).

Marketing and embedded media

YouTube embeds — videos are blocked until consent. We use Privacy-Enhanced Mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Provider: Google.

Zoho SalesIQ (lead attribution and form enrichment) — blocked until Marketing consent
We use SalesIQ to attach context to form submissions so our team can respond more effectively. After you consent to Marketing cookies, SalesIQ may set identifiers such as _zldp (up to ~1–2 years) and _zldt (1 day) to recognise your browser and record session context.

  • What is collected after Marketing consent: pages viewed, time on site, referrer/UTM data, device/browser details, approximate location (e.g., country/city).

  • How we link it: if you submit a form, we will link your submission to the SalesIQ session only when Marketing consent is present at the time of submission.

  • Email marketing: we do not add you to newsletters unless you explicitly opt in (e.g., unticked checkbox and/or double opt-in).

  • Legal bases: consent for SalesIQ tracking and linking; responding to your inquiry is handled under contract / legitimate interests.

Mailchimp (forms/newsletters) — used for email subscriptions and campaigns only if you opt in. We keep proof of your marketing consent and you can unsubscribe at any time. Provider: Intuit/Mailchimp.

Other

Google Search Console — site ownership verification. No cookies for visitors.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland/EEA (e.g., US). Where this occurs, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and provider safeguards.
