
Sales and Marketing Manager (80% - 100%)

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy across both our simulation software and measurement hardware solutions. You will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, managing/expanding our distributor networks, and supporting marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and sales traction worldwide. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on sales execution, marketing planning, and team coordination.
The position involves the following responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support the company's growth and global visibility.
Lead customer acquisition and key commercial relationships, both directly and through our distribution partners.
Contributing to the daily activities of the Technical Sales Engineers (prospecting, customer calls, quote preparation, CRM maintenance).
Oversee and optimize the entire sales pipeline — from lead generation to deal closure — including CRM and KPI reporting.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, including content development, digital strategy, product launches, and updates.
Collaborate with the product managers to ensure that marketing and sales communications reflect technical accuracy and product value.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform the product managers and the company's upper management.
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and customer visits worldwide.
Support proposal writing for complex sales opportunities. Negotiation with the purchase departments of our corporate customers.
Maintain and strengthen the company’s distributor network, ensuring high levels of engagement and training.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for technology and innovation. You should be comfortable navigating both the technical and business aspects of high-tech B2B markets and align well with this description:
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Material Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in a B2B high-tech industry — experience in the photovoltaics or display industry is a strong plus.
Proven track record in business development, partner management, or marketing campaign leadership is an advantage.
Strong technical background and understanding of semiconductor physics, optics, device simulation, or characterization.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, project management tools, and social media channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and coordinate a multi-cultural team.
Willingness to travel internationally (10%).
