Charge Carrier Mobility in organic semiconductors

Charge carrier mobility is one of the most important and studied parameter in organic and perovskite semiconductors for application in solar cells and light-emitting devices. In this blog post, we will first give an overview of the possible measurement techniques, and then focus on IV characterisation of single-carrier devices (SCDs). Device simulations are used as synthetic data to analyse the requirements and limitations of the analytical Mott-Gurney law.
