About the Speakers

Dr. Sandheep Ravishankar is a prominent postdoctoral researcher at Forschungszentrum Jülich, focusing on the physics of operation of perovskite solar cells and photoanodes for water splitting. His work involves the development of measurement and analysis methods for improved characterisation of these devices. His primary areas of focus are small-perturbation measurements in the time/frequency domain and luminescence measurements, combined with drift-diffusion simulations. Sandheep holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Universitat Jaume I and an M.Sc. in Nanoscale Science and Technology from the University of Leeds. Recognized for his research excellence, he has received the Walter-Benjamin Fellowship and the Grisolia Research Grant. His significant contributions to solar energy research are marked by numerous publications in esteemed scientific journals.

Characterization Expertise

Dr. Sandra Jenatsch is the R&D Manager at Fluxim and distinguished figure in the field of material sciences, particularly in the study of OLEDs and solar cells. Her educational background is impressive, marked by a Ph.D in Material Sciences from EPFL and a MSc in Physics from ETH Zürich.
