Should you have any problems with setfos, please send a detailed report to:

- SETFOS version, Java version, and operating system.
Typing java -version at the command prompt will list the java version.
- Your contact details including phone number.
- Problem description (What did you expect? What were the results?)
- Exact text of any error message(s) received, screenshots that describe the issue.
- All files and steps to reproduce the issue: In particular, if the problem occurred running setfos from the GUI, send us the tmp.par file that you find in the installation directory.
Note that the graphical user interface of SETFOS is based on Java. Please be sure to have an up-to-date installation of Java on your machine. You may download the latest java runtime environment from:
