Should you have any problems with ETFOS, please send a detailed report to:

- ETFOS version, Java version, and operating system.
Typing java -version at the command prompt will list the java version.
- Your contact details including phone number.
- Problem description (What did you expect? What were the results?)
- Exact text of any error message(s) received, screenshots that describe the issue.
- All files and steps to reproduce the issue.
Note that the graphical user interface of ETFOS is based on Java. Please be sure to have an up-to-date installation of Java on your machine. You may download the latest java runtime environment from:
